This morning, at the headquarters of Yanabia International Foundation in Aden Governorate, the envelopes for Tender No. YKF-SCI-2025-050 for the supply of wheat flour bran (livestock feed) were opened. The tender forms part of the Building Resilience through Integrated Community and Humanitarian Systems Transformation and Leadership in Yemen (BRIGHTLY) Phase II project, funded by UK aid.
The bids were opened in the presence of the organization's approved bid opening committee, which includes the Executive Director, the Director of Procurement and Logistics, the Director of Projects, and the Head of the Accounts Department, in addition to the presence of representatives of the companies and entities submitting their bids, in order to enhance the principles of transparency and equal opportunities.
The Foundation confirmed that the tender opening procedures were conducted in accordance with the approved policies and regulations in force, and in line with the standards of transparency and accountability followed by organizations and donors.
This tender is part of Yanabia International Foundation’s efforts to strengthen livelihoods and build resilience in targeted communities by supporting the livelihoods and livestock sector as a core component of food security and economic stability for the most vulnerable families.
